The author wanted a fun and heartwarming children’s book about a family of penguins going on an exciting adventure in a snowy world. The story needed colorful illustrations that would appeal to young children while clearly showing the characters, their personalities, and their journey through the winter landscape.
We chose a soft pastel illustration style with bright, playful colors and expressive character designs. I created the penguin family with distinct appearances and personalities, while developing snowy landscapes, mountains, ice, and cozy surroundings to build a charming winter world. The illustrations were designed to keep the storytelling simple, engaging, and visually appealing for children ages 3–5.
The 18-page children’s book was illustrated and completed within a 3-week timeline, including the cover and interior illustrations. The final artwork brought the penguin family and their snowy adventure to life with a consistent, colorful visual style. The project was completed according to the author’s requirements with careful attention to the story and character details.
