All payouts are processed with care and reviewed by our finance team to ensure security and accuracy for every creator on the platform.
We provide a sustainable ecosystem for creators to sell their work globally. For every digital product (Ebook / Asset) sold on Kidillus:
You keep the majority of every sale. Your 80% share is instantly credited to your Author Dashboard Wallet as soon as a sale is confirmed — no waiting, no delays.
A flat platform deduction that covers payment gateway charges, secure cloud hosting, marketing & SEO investment, and fraud protection systems — no hidden charges ever.
Example Calculation: If you sell a book for $20.00:
We want you to know exactly where this money goes. The 20% platform fee is essential to maintain a secure, high-speed marketplace for your products.
PayPal & Stripe transaction fees when a customer buys your book — both receiving and sending side charges are covered.
Secure cloud storage for your files, high-speed hosting, SSL certificates, and fraud protection systems that keep your earnings safe.
We invest in paid ads and SEO to drive more traffic to your books — meaning more eyeballs, more sales, more earnings for you.
By combining all costs into a single flat rate, you will never be surprised by unexpected deductions after a sale.
Kidillus operates on a Virtual Wallet System designed for real-time earning visibility.
As soon as a sale is confirmed, your 80% share is added to your Author Dashboard Wallet immediately. No manual approval needed.
All earnings are calculated and stored in USD ($). You can track every single sale, click, and earning in real-time on your dashboard.
Wallet funds are non-transferable to a personal bank account directly. They can only be withdrawn via PayPal. Wallet balance does not expire and can be used for any future Kidillus service.
To ensure a smooth and secure payout process, please adhere to the following rules:
You must have a minimum balance of $50.00 to request a withdrawal. This helps reduce administrative load and per-transaction costs for everyone.
We currently support payouts exclusively via PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal account is active and can receive international payments before requesting a withdrawal.
Payout requests are reviewed manually by our finance team to prevent fraud. Funds are typically transferred within 24 to 48 business hours after approval.
If your withdrawal is rejected (e.g., incorrect PayPal email), funds are instantly refunded back to your Kidillus Wallet. Correct the details and request again.
As a publisher on Kidillus, you agree to the following content standards to maintain a quality marketplace:

If a customer requests a refund for your book due to a valid reason (e.g., corrupted file, misleading description) and Kidillus approves it, the corresponding earning amount will be deducted from your wallet balance.
Chargeback Notice: Fraudulent activity, fake sales, or disputes filed in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of IP usage rights for delivered content, and a permanent ban from future services.
Kidillus is a platform service provider, not your employer. You are an independent contractor / seller.
Kidillus may update or modify this policy periodically. All revisions will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our platform after any change signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
