1. Artistic Accuracy & Print Variations
All illustrations and visual assets created by Kidillus are designed with individual artistic style and creative direction. While we strive to meet client expectations, art remains a subjective medium. Additionally, for authors ordering Printed Books, please note:
- Screen vs. Print: Colors on your backlit screen (RGB) will always look slightly brighter than ink on paper (CMYK). Minor color shifts are normal in printing.
- Manufacturing Tolerances: Slight variations in paper texture, binding glue, or trim size (up to 1-2mm) are industry standards in Print-on-Demand.
- Artistic Decisions: Decisions made for composition balance and storytelling enhancement are part of the creative process.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that every preview and final file reflects the intended creative vision, but Kidillus cannot guarantee identical output across all formats, monitors, or physical printers.
2. Platform & User-Generated Content (New)
Kidillus provides a platform for authors to list and sell their books. Regarding content uploaded by users:
- No Endorsement: We do not verify the factual accuracy, scientific validity, or moral standing of books uploaded by independent authors. The views expressed in these books are solely those of the author.
- Copyright Responsibility: Kidillus acts as a facilitator. We generally do not screen content before it is posted. Authors are solely responsible for ensuring they own the copyright to their text and images. We disclaim all liability for copyright infringement committed by users of our platform.
3. Earnings & Sales Disclaimer (New)
For authors using our VIP Plans, Top Rank Badges, or Marketing Services:
We cannot and do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, book sales, or bestseller status. Our tools are designed to increase visibility and professionalism, but publishing success depends on multiple factors including story quality, market demand, and author marketing efforts. Any examples of past success (e.g., "450+ Books Published") are factual achievements but not a promise of future performance for every new project.
4. Website & Content Disclaimer
All information and materials on kidillus.com and its subdomains are presented “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Kidillus reserves the right to showcase completed works in digital or printed portfolios for promotional and educational purposes, unless otherwise restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Displayed artwork samples may not always represent current pricing, styles, or licensing arrangements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kidillus, its team members, and collaborators shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
- Misinterpretation of digital previews or sample artwork.
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or temporary platform inaccessibility.
- Data loss caused by user error (e.g., accidental deletion of books from the Dashboard).
- Improper use, modification, or commercial exploitation of delivered artwork beyond licensed terms.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total project fee paid by the client for the specific service in question.

All services and agreements provided by Kidillus are governed by Indian law. In case of any legal matter, jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts of Maharashtra (Mumbai).
