At Kidillus, each illustration, book design, and artwork is treated as a unique creative journey. Since we operate as a Tech-Enabled Studio, our primary method of delivery is digital, secure, and instant. We ensure that every client receives their files safely, promptly, and with complete documentation — including our Certificate of Final Delivery.

Every project completed at Kidillus comes with verified delivery via your Personal User Dashboard, authenticity assurance, and transparent proof of ownership.

For custom illustrations and design commissions, we have upgraded from simple emails to a secure platform. All final assets are delivered through your Private User Dashboard.

4. Certificate of Final Delivery & Usage Rights

Every custom illustration project delivered by Kidillus includes a professionally issued digital certificate confirming that the project has been officially completed and transferred to the client.

This certificate serves as both proof of completion and legal confirmation of creative rights transfer to the client under Indian Copyright Law.

5. Physical Prints & Certificates (Optional)

Although Kidillus primarily delivers digital artworks, physical prints or framed certificates can be requested. Printing and courier services are charged separately and may vary by location. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.

Any physical shipment includes the same digital certificate printed and signed as proof of authenticity.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international book shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country's government. Kidillus has no control over these charges and they are not included in the shipping fee.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your book package arrives strictly damaged (torn pages, bent cover) or is lost in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will reprint and ship a replacement copy free of charge.

8. Lost or Inaccessible Files

Thanks to our Proprietary Tech Engine, your files are safer than ever. While email links expire, your User Dashboard retains your project history. If you lose local copies, simply log in to re-download them free of charge. (Archival fees may only apply for projects older than 2 years that require cold-storage retrieval).

9. International Deliveries

All digital deliveries are available globally. Physical shipments are currently available in select countries only. We ensure that delivery timelines are communicated clearly for every international project, considering time zones and language preferences.

10. Revisions & Delivery Confirmation

After receiving the final artwork, clients have a revision window as agreed in the project terms (typically 2 rounds). Upon final approval, Kidillus issues the Certificate of Final Delivery marking the project as complete. This confirmation acts as the final step in your creative order.

11. Responsibility & Limitations

Kidillus is responsible for ensuring on-time digital delivery via the Dashboard. However, delays or interruptions caused by internet outages, server maintenance (communicated in advance), or client-side connection issues are beyond our control but will be promptly resolved upon notice.

12. Record Keeping & Verification

A record of every project, including its delivery certificate and artwork files, is securely archived in our database for verification purposes. This enables clients to retrieve copies or verify authenticity even months after completion.
